Covid-19 Message from Mojo Systems
In response to the development of the international coronavirus, COVID-19, Mojo Systems is taking calculated measures in order to minimize impact and risk. First and foremost, our top priority is the safety of our employees, clients, partners, and all of their families. We will do our part to prevent the spread of this virus within our communities and to support those who are affected.
On March 9, Mojo Systems leadership met to discuss the proper forthcoming actions as per our Business Continuity Plan. We will continue to maintain strong communication through weekly reviews and updates as more information about the virus is revealed.
Mojo operations remain at full efficiency due to the cloud-based nature of our business resources. As of now, there are no delays in the supply chain and deliveries will continue as normal. Any future operational changes or expected delays will be publicly communicated immediately. All meetings will be conducted remotely and employee travel is temporarily paused.
Is it safe to receive a package from any area where COVID-19 has been reported?
“Yes. The likelihood of an infected person contaminating commercial goods is low and the risk of catching the virus that causes COVID-19 from a package that has been moved, traveled, and exposed to different conditions and temperature is also low” (WHO, 2020).
Employees and Field Engineers will be closely monitored for flu-like symptoms. If any are shown, they will not be permitted to enter the Mojo office or visit any client site. Employees and Field Engineers will use their own personal vehicles and avoid all forms of public transportation.
